Navratna, meaning “nine gems” in Sanskrit, is a traditional and sacred arrangement of gemstones in Hinduism. Each of these gemstones represents a planet, and this specific arrangement is thought to bring astrological balance that will benefit the wearer.
The talisman is made with natural veg tan leather and sewn with a tiny Emerald, Yellow Sapphire, Cat’s Eye, Blue Sapphire, Hessonite, Coral, Pearl, Herkimer Diamond, and Ruby. It measures about 1 1/2 inches tall, and contains a small pebble from the Pacific Ocean.
It sits on a braided cotton cord, 27 inches in length but adjustable.
