If you are not satisfied with your Lake merchandise, please contact us and we will help you with your return or exchange.
Please be advised that all sale merchandise, apothecary items, undergarments, swimwear and special orders are FINAL SALE only. No returns or exchanges of these items will be accepted.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with all tags intact. Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging.
Return requests must be made by email within 7 days of receipt of the items. Please email us your request at email@example.com.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not pass our quality control check. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the Return Authorization email and the RA number must be written on the outside of the package.
We MUST receive the returned merchandise NO LATER 7 days after you have been emailed the RA number.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Lake does not accept returns that are sent COD.
Upon authorizing your return, Lake will send you a prepaid UPS return shipping label. Lake is not responsible for missing or mis-delivered packages.
Returns will be processed within 3 days upon receipt of your shipment. Your merchandise purchase amount minus the shipping cost will be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation via email that your return or exchange has been processed.
If you paid with a Lake gift certificate, then you will be issued a new gift certificate in the amount of your refund. Please be advised that often your banking institution will require additional days to post the refund to your bank account. If you used a credit card, it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your monthly credit card paper statement.
